Hunting preserves can offer a variety of game offerings such as turkey, deer, wild hog, exotics, upland birds and waterfowl. You may offer guided or unguided fishing on lakes or ponds and there is often use of small watercraft as well. Many operations also have lodging or food services. Other considerations are a pro shop which may sell ammunition and equipment related to shooting sports; kennels with dog training and instruction; and large pens where quail, pheasant, partridge and hens are raised for release.
