PHLY's commercial lines insurance subsidiaries have earned the highest rating "A++" (Superior) by the AM Best Company since 2011. This rating was determined based on our excellent underwriting results, smart investment management, and extensive and well-integrated risk management services.

Since 2012, we have maintained an A+ rating accreditation by the BBB. This award is based on the low number of complaints filed against the Company for a business of its size, the Company's response to complaints, and the Company's resolution of complaints.

For 26 consecutive years, PHLY has made this list of the top 50 property-casualty insurers. Ward's 50 analyzes nearly 3,000 P&C insurance companies nationwide over a five-year period and identifies companies with superior results in safety, consistency, and overall performance.

PHLY is a member of the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA). The APCIA promotes good insurance regulation to U.S. policymakers. APCIA also holds members to compliance by tracking insurance law and providing regular updates to its members.
