Online Risk Management Courses

PHLY encourages our policyholders to learn more about important safety issues that may impact their organizations. To support the effective delivery of this content, PHLY policyholders have access at no additional cost to the SMARTERNOW! Learning Management System. This service is designed to complement our policyholders' existing risk management efforts and further protect their organizations. SMARTERNOW! gives policyholders the ability to assign trainings to staff/volunteers and run usage reports. Several of the courses address Drivers Training, General Safety Topics, and Sexual Harassment Prevention Training. Courses range from 10 minute training videos to multi-part, interactive training series. Watch the video below for a tour of the SMARTERNOW! system.
