PHLY Environmental Account Solutions (EAS) is designed to strengthen relationships with our agents by offering pollution-based products tailored to fit the needs of small business clientele. EAS provides experienced underwriting combined with quality surplus lines coverage all while affording the ability to turn around quotes within 72 business hours of receiving a complete submission. EAS target classes include the following for our contracting-based products: Specialty Trade Contractors, Street & Road Contractors, General Contractor/ Construction Management Firms, Environmental Contractors/ Consultants. Target classes for our Storage Tank product include aboveground and underground tank exposures with tank ages 30 years or less.

Products & Capabilities

Contractors Environmental Coverage (CEC) - claims made or occurrence trigger, available on a practice or project-specific basis

• Less than $25M in annual revenue for practice policies or less than $25M in project revenues for project specific

• Minimum premium of $1,500

• Self-insured retention of $1,500 up to $50,000

• Limits: $250,000 up to $5M per occurrence

Contractors Environmental & Professional Coverage (CEPC) - claims made or occurrence trigger CEC trigger (claims made for professional trigger) on a practice basis

• Less than $25M in annual revenue for practice policies (Less than $15M for General Contractors or Construction Management Firms) or less than $25M in project revenues for project specific

• Minimum premium of $2,500

• Self-insured retention of $2,500 up to $50,000

• Limits: $250,000 up to
  - $2M on professional trigger
  - $5M on pollution trigger per occurrence

Storage Tank Environmental Coverage (STEP) - coverage for underground and/ or aboveground storage tanks

• Minimum premium: $300 per tank

• Maximum underground tank age: 30 years

• Limits: $250,000 up to $5M

• Deductible: Minimum $5,000 up to $50,000

• Financial Assurance certification available
