PHLY Contract Express offers bonding programs within and up to $1,500,000 single/$1,500,000 aggregate limits. Our Contract Express team will prequalify your customer for either program or something in between; there is no bid or final bond requirement at the time of the submission. Once we approve your client within a program and set a line, all you need to do is submit a bond request form to our professional team when a bid or final bond is needed.

We write the following bonds in all 50 states:

• Bid

• Performance and Payment

• Maintenance

• Supply

• Subdivision/Site Improvement bonds (subject to our subdivision app and requirements)

For most inquiries and bond submissions, we typically respond in less than four hours from the time of receipt. All requests will have a response within one business day from the time of receipt.

If your agency is already appointed, full or limited, with PHLY Surety (this differs from a PHLY Insurance appointment) and you have an immediate program and/or bond need, please submit your request to contractexpress@phly.com.
