PHLY E&S Environmental Casualty Package (E-PAC) provides comprehensive casualty, environmental and professional protection.

The PHLY Difference

PHLY's Environmental Casualty Package (E-PAC) protects the insured from claims for third party liability, acts and errors or omissions, and/or contamination that arise from contracting operations, completed operations and professional services performed by the insured or on their behalf. E-PAC also provides environmental liability coverage for transportation of waste or materials to and from project sites or yards, disposal and recycling of waste or materials from their job sites or yards, and contamination released at the insured's owned or leased locations.

  • Mold Coverage available on a claims-made or occurrence basis
  • Illicit Abandonment
  • Protective and/or Mitigation available
  • Project Coverage up to a three year term available including completed operations or extended reporting period structures are available

Coverage & Capacity

Primary Coverage (CGL/ PL/ CEC): Up to $5M per occurrence/ $5M aggregate
Excess Follow Form: Up to $10M
Total Aggregate: Up to $10M in total aggregate

    - Natural Resource and Habitat Restoration
    - Emergency Response and Remediation
    - Storage Tank Installation and Design

  • Green and Alternative Energy Contractors and Consultants including the following:
    - Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Consultants
    - Wind Turbine Installation and Repair
    - Waste Oil and Grease Collection for bio-fuel use

  • Architectural & Engineering Risks
  • Miscellaneous Professional Risks
  • Mining Engineering or Consulting
  • Geotechnical Engineering or Consulting
  • Oil/ Gas Engineering
  • Over-the hole or down-hole oil/ gas contracting
  • Off-shore oil /gas risks
  • Manufacturing or distribution risks
