Environmental Responsibility

TEAMPHLY supports individual- and community-based changes to improve the local environment and corporate initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of our business activities.

We encourage our employees to demonstrate concern for the environment and to act on their own initiative whether at work, at home, or in the community to preserve and protect our planet for generations to come.

PHLY-80ktrees

We are on a mission to save forests devastated by natural disasters. PHLY80K Trees is a partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation to plant 80,000 trees each year in forests and communities in need.

The PHLY80K mission began in 2015. Our independent agents, brokers, and policyholders support the mission by enrolling into receiving paperless statements. This helps PHLY take those cost savings and fund the planting of 80,000 each year. Agents and policyholders can sign up for paperless billing to join the mission.

Why Save Our Forests?

  • Healthy trees provide habitats for wildlife, clean air, stable soil and reduce the risk of flooding
  • By planting seedlings in new forest homes, we can ensure generations to come will benefit from our forests
Where Have We Planted?

  • Daniel Boone National Forest, KY
  • Malheur National Forest, OR
  • Modoc National Forest, CA
  • Superior National Forest, MN
  • Bastrop State Park, TX
