Thanks to a Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) grant funded by Philadelphia Insurance Companies (PHLY), 12-year-old Miguel Jimenez-Vergara received a new, custom-built racing wheelchair. The top-end racing wheelchair will enable Miguel, who was born without legs, to compete in the National Junior Disability Championships.
