Interim Liability & Physical Damage Coverage

This coverage offers Primary Liability and Physical Damage insurance before and after leasing a vehicle and for repossessed vehicles. Coverage extends up to 60 days for any one vehicle, unless specified for a longer period of time. Coverage available only in conjunction with Lessee Contingent Liability / Lessee Excess Liability.

Supplemental Applications

Documents Required for Proposal

  • Completed and signed Interim Liability and Physical Damage application
  • Current list of leased autos (year, make, model)
  • Description of present procedure for disposing of repossessed and terminated leased vehicles
  • Copy of current lease agreement
