The Philadelphia Insurance Companies offers a comprehensive property and liability policy that addresses the unique coverage requirements of single family homeowner associations. In addition to providing many limit options, this program can be tailored to meet the requirements of lending institutions as well as regulatory authorities.
Benefits of the Program
- Special causes of loss on building, contents, loss of income, and extra expense
- Coverage for lakes and Golf Course exposures can be included on the same policy
- Coverage is included for outdoor fences, playground equipment, outdoor pools, trees,
shrubs, lawns, retaining walls that are not apart of the building
- Option to extend Property Manager coverage to Employee Dishonesty
- Ordinance or Law Coverage with a $250,000 limit

* This coverage is not available in CA, FL, and TX.
Documents Required for Proposal
- Completed and signed Philadelphia Insurance Companies application
- Current Financial Statement
- Plot plan of project
- Photo of any added exposure ( playground, pool, etc.)
- 4 years and hard copy of loss runs for accounts over $10,000
