We have developed a special program for members to bring contractors the best insurance coverage available today in the marketplace at a very competitive rate. Every policy written through this program supports that member’s specific exchange.

Program Acceptability

• Business Auto Fleets

  • 5 or more vehicles (less than 26,000 GVW)
  • Will consider IM / Property when written with auto

• Builder’s Risk

  • Commercial ground-up and renovation projects of $250,000 and greater

• Crime Protection Plus

  • Stand-alone broad form

• Directors & Officers Liability

  • Private company coverage

• Employment Practice Liability

  • From 1 to 4,000 employees

• Contractors Environmental & Professional Coverage (CEPC)

  • Professional Liability
  • Contractors Environmental Coverage (occurrence or claims made)
  • Environmental Transport coverage
  • Non-Owned Location coverage
  • Coverage for Owned or Leased Locations

• Other Coverage

  • Any other PHLY product where the referring association is noted during the submission process will result in support of that named association

Documents Required for Proposal

• Completed and signed/dated Philadelphia Insurance Companies Application(s)
• Completed ACORD application (Applicable to business auto only)
• Currently valued insurance company loss runs for the current policy period plus three prior years (Applicable to business auto coverage)
