We have recently added the ePIC Defensive Driver Training Course to our new employee training sessions. The course can be taken in an hour and it still incorporates all the major issues we encounter with employees driving minivans and 12 passenger vans. I especially like the use of real footage of vehicles on roads vs. a cartoon like version. Each month the Accident Review Committee submits its findings on each accident.
