We believe that diversity initiatives within our company are vital to our success. We want our employee to feel valued and appreciated while attaining their full potential.
Our commitment to maintaining a diverse business environment is stronger than ever. In a continuing pursuit of excellence, our diversity council is comprised of a cross-section of employees from various regions and levels of our company. The council serves three functions in furtherance of our diversification efforts. First, it identifies work force issues that affect our diverse work force. Secondly, the council assists in recruiting diverse candidates. Finally, the members of the council represent the company through participation or membership in diverse community organizations as part of our effort to develop long-term networking relationships within communities of diverse talent.
