helps cultivate those skills to achieve goals of attracting and retaining employees, work force development,
and diversity. Mentors are matched with mentees to develop a relationship that fosters leadership development,
career exploration and development, and insight of PHLY values, business structure and management process.
Mentors

Mentees
- Obtain critical feedback in areas such as technical abilities, interpersonal relationships, leadership skills and career development
- Develop a sharper focus on what is needed to grow professionally
- Has a friendly ear with which to share all aspects of their interpersonal and professional development
- Follow through on commitments made and tasks assigned in the program
- Keep manager informed of progress
- Communicate with program coordinator during the process
