What do you like most about working here?
There are so many things I love about working for the company that is hard to pinpoint one thing. I've found the company to be creative and amazingly supportive in allowing employees to focus their specific talents and niches and,create opportunities to fit those talents. I've worked for the company for 11 years as a Claims Adjuster initially handling multi line claims. My personality is service oriented so the company has afforded me the opportunity to excel in the auto claims area wherein I handle "preferred accounts" and "preferred agents". This has allowed me to establish wonderful and long standing relationships with our insureds and agents. It feels good to know that the company trusts me and is confident in my abilities.
Describe your coworkers.
My colleagues are very bright, dedicated, and take pride in their work. They go "the extra mile" to help one another achieve our common goals. I get along great with my coworkers and feel like we are a part of a winning team.
Describe your supervisor.
My supervisor is one of the most dynamic and positive leaders I know. She adds value to our department with her strength and creativity. She is always supportive and open to ideas that will help our team succeed. her energy and attitude is contagious and it spills over in my handling of claims.
What is your favorite company sponsored event?
There are so many fun things that the company does for its employees and the community. Recently a coworker and I were nominated by our peers for demonstrating a positive work ethic and we joined our Sr. Vice President of Claim in the company's Luxury Box for a Sunday's Eagles game. How awesome and memorable is that!
